Conditions for Release of Data

1. The data shall not be used for any other purpose than the above specified request.
2. The data shall not be copied or released to any other person or organisation, directly or indirectly, without the written consent of the REGISTRAR OF BIRTHS AND DEATHS REGISRTY or their representative.
3. Any publication from the data shall acknowledge the contribution of the Births and Deaths Registry.
4. The data shall be used for the purpose of research and data analysis to further the understanding about the Births and Deaths registration system, the society, and in the advancement of science.
5. All costs involved in making the data available shall be borne by the Requester.
